Ownership, cancellation, and export

You retain your domain subject to registrar rules and payment. Request the static site files then in use before service ends. Managed databases, credentials, third-party licenses, and additional migration work are excluded or separately scoped.

Who owns the domain?

The customer owns the domain, subject to registrar terms and payment.

Can I cancel?

Monthly managed service may be cancelled. Request an export before the paid service period ends.

What counts as a routine update?

Small copy, image, link, and existing-page changes within the included monthly allowance. Major redesigns and new functionality are scoped separately.
